Arissa Peace, Shareholder CPA B.S.B.A.
Shareholder & Director of Accounting
Arissa Peace is a Shareholder and the Director of Accounting at Terry and Associates, CPA. She leads the firm’s accounting department and specializes in both business and individual taxation. Arissa began her career with the firm in 2021 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University. In 2024 she obtained her CPA license and became a shareholder of the firm, reflecting her strong leadership and dedication to the firm’s mission. Arissa is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of her work, aligning with Terry and Associates’ core value of providing the highest quality service to clients.
Jacob Jenkins, B.S.B.A.
Director of Tax
Tax Strategy Professional & Problem Solver
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and serves as the Director of Tax at Terry & Associates CPA. He specializes in tax planning, compliance, and retirement planning strategies, working closely with individuals and business owners to help them understand the tax implications of their financial decisions. Jacob takes a practical, proactive approach to tax planning and enjoys helping clients navigate complex tax matters with confidence.
Known for his attention to detail and thoughtful approach, Jacob works closely with clients to identify planning opportunities and provide guidance that supports their financial goals. He is particularly interested in helping clients navigate the tax considerations that come with retirement and other significant financial decisions.
Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong roller coaster enthusiast, he is always looking for his next thrill ride.
Roxanne Collins, Shareholder, B.S.B.M.
Shareholder & Director of Operations
Roxanne is a shareholder and serves as the Director of Operations at Terry & Associates CPA. She joined the firm in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Daniel Webster College. Roxanne has a diverse professional background spanning both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, bringing a broad perspective and extensive experience to her role.
Roxanne began her career in bookkeeping within her family’s automotive business before moving into the education sector, where she served as a Purchasing Administrator for a local school district. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in financial management, purchasing, administration, and organizational operations.
At Terry & Associates CPA, Roxanne is passionate about creating efficient processes, supporting the firm’s team, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the firm run smoothly. She plays an integral role in overseeing the firm’s administrative and operational functions while helping maintain the high level of service clients have come to expect.
Outside of the office, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and soaking up the sun whenever she gets the chance.

Denise joined Terry & Associates in 2019 and became a Shareholder of the firm. With a B.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, she brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry, focusing on maximizing profits and streamlining processes. Denise excels at working with numbers and people, helping implement improvements within the company. Outside of work, she is dedicated to coaching, volunteering, and building long-lasting relationships.
